Hi I'm Katie :)

I am a chef that specifically cooks in alignment with the female menstrual cycle in order to bring the body back to balance. My cooking brings in Western hormone health studies, functional food medicine, and my more traditional foodie background. The foundation of every meal I prepare is that you will get up from the table feeling as good in your body as the food tasted.

I began my career working in Italian kitchens and new age wine bars and cafes. This gave me a deep appreciation for flavor, texture, plating, and the art of a meal. I had burn out working in the restaurant industry so I traded my apron for a yoga mat. In 2019 I trained as a yoga teacher in Bali. Part of my education was full body anatomy, Chinese medicine, and Ayurveda. I began looking at the body as a whole and noticing how we treat our body becomes the reality of our well being on a physical, mental, emotional, and energetic level.

Years later after cooking in kitchens around the world, working in recipe development, attending culinary school in Italy, and healing my own hormone imbalance I decided I'd like to work for myself and bring this style of enjoying food to a wider audience. I now work 50% online and 50% in person across Europe. Online I help educate women around how to eat for the best periods of their life. In person I cook privately for aligned brand events and dinner parties.

The food itself is Mediterranean leaning with influences from my time in Asia. PSA men can also eat my food lol as it is all about blood sugar stabilization, anti-inflammation, and nutrient diversity which all bodies benefit from.
