I have been a chef for over 15 years, based on Brazilian cuisine, I have lived in Portugal for 22 years where I completed my professional career. My journey includes a diverse cuisine with colors, flavors and textures from some countries such as Brazilian, Portuguese and Italian cuisine. I cook also vegan ,vegetarian.
