Hi! I am a cook in private Quinta in Sintra, Portugal. I am originally from Philippines, a country which has a lots of variety in regard of cuisines. One aspect of my culinary journey that has greatly shaped my approach is my love for travel. Exploring different cultures and their cuisines has broadened my perspective and infused my cooking with a rich tapestry of flavours and techniques. From the vibrant spices of India to the delicate balance different Asian, Portuguese and other cuisines.
