I cook to create memories. Every meal I prepare is an invitation to slow down, savor the moment and share.
With over 10 years of experience since graduating from a French culinary and hospitality arts school, I've built an international career shaped by passion, precision, and discovery.
I've worked in Spain, in Italy for the legendary Orient Express-where I was one of the first woman in kitchen-.
I spend 4 formative years in Japan, honing the art of repetition, consistency, and the mastery of fish.
Along the way, I've cooked in France with one of Lyon's top catering companies, from wedding to football matches. I then cooked in Switzerland at one of the world's leading luxury hostels, in a high-end sushi restaurant.
Now based in Portugal, I've worked as a head chef in a French restaurant and continue to deepen my craft.
Today, I bring this rich and diverse experience to the private sphere, creating refined, meaningful dining experiences in the intimacy of your home.
