Basically i'm passionate about cooking because I love to eat good food. Since I was a child, living with my grandma, good food is a part of my life.
I'm a professional chef, pizzaiolo and asador argentino. I'm specialized in pizza napolitana and argentinian bbq.
I worked at nNea pizzería and the pizza show in Amsterdam, Souldough pizza in Portugal. Learning how to make the best pizza in the world.
I like to mix the Neapolitan tradition with my latinamerican heritage.
