I’m a profissional chef with 8 years of experience between Portugal, France and Saudi Arabia.
Worked in different types of kitchens, restaurants a la carte, hotel buffets and michelin starred restaurants.
In the michelin restaurants i’ve learned all about perfectioning ingredients and organization.
In hotels was a lot of cateringsand buffet for a large amount of costumers.
A young chef that went to Saudi Arabia to be a sous-chef with 23 years old to be a part of an opening of a french braserie.
