I am a professional Chef for 10 years. I've studied in Escola Hotelaria do Estoril, Centre de Formation Alain Ducasse in Paris.

I've perfectioned my skills with severall Michelin Star Chefs like, Rui Paula, DOP, DOC, Casa de chá da Boa Nova (1 Michelin star), Vincent Farges EPUR (1 Michelin star) Miguel Laffan ( 1 michelin star) and Michel Van Der Kroft, NONNETJE (Two Michelin Stars)
