Throughout my career, I've worked in French, Brazilian, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Mediterranean, American, and Mexican cuisines, as well as in organic and signature cuisine. I've worked in renowned and award-winning bistros, hotels, and restaurants, which has allowed me to build a solid technical knowledge and a versatile vision of the culinary art. I have a special passion for combining traditional techniques with modern approaches, creating dishes that respect the essence of the ingredients, but surprise with their creativity and execution.
