I have built my career across professional kitchens and entrepreneurship, starting in luxury 5-star hotels before opening and running restaurants.
I am a professionally trained chef with over 10 years of experience in luxury hotels, restaurant management, and private dining. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Bangalore, and completed my culinary training with the prestigious Taj Group of Hotels in India before founding my own successful restaurant. Today, I work as a Sous Chef in Lisbon while also running The Curry Couple, where I host exclusive pop-ups and private dining experiences celebrating the rich diversity of Indian cuisine.
