I am a head chef with a 13 years background in gastronomic bistro cooking, now bringing my experience into private dining, after traveling the world seeking knowledge and experience. My approach is relaxed yet elegant, with a strong focus on seasonal ingredients, clarity of flavor, and precise execution.
I design menus around what is fresh and expressive, letting ingredients speak while maintaining balance and restraint. Each experience is tailored to the guests and the moment, whether it’s an intimate dinner, a celebration, or a shared table with friends.
My goal as a private chef is to create thoughtful, comfortable dining experiences that feel personal, generous, and quietly refined.
