Cooking is my life: fresh ingredients, simple recipes, and beautiful presentation. I respect every ingredient—fresh, simple, and made with care

I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 20 years.

I’ve lived and worked in Riga (Latvia), London, and St. Petersburg (Russia).

In London, I was part of the team of the famous chef Hélène Darroze at the Connaught Hotel.

I also spent many years as an executive chef in five-star hotels and fine dining restaurants in Riga and St. Petersburg.

Later, I became the owner of trendy restaurants in Russia.

Today, I run my own restaurant in Lisbon.

With a huge background in different world cuisines and styles, I’ve gained strong expertise in both evening dining and brunch service.
