I’m Silvio Armanni a chef with a Michelin-starred background, specializing in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

I bring the restaurant experience into your home without the noise, the rush, or the compromise. My work is rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and respect for ingredients, combined with the precision and creativity shaped in high-level kitchens.
