Curious and motivated, I always try to know more and improve my learning skills

I'm one of the youngest Chefs in Portugal,

I have passed by from some of the best national and international hotels and restaurants, of which I highlight, Restaurant "Feitoria" at Altis Belém Hotel & SPA (1 Michelin Star), Lisboa Marriott Hotel, Ritz Lisboa, The Fat Duck (3 Michelin Stars), MAAEMO (3 Michelin stars) among others.

I was Sub-Chef of two catering and consulting companies, from two renowned Chefs, Joe Best and António Alexandre.

I'm Executive Chef of TheCookLabProject, a Catering and Consulting company created by me 4 years ago, where our main goal is to promote and value Portuguese products and the Portuguese recipe through molecular cuisine, promoting a healthy and sustainable consumption.

Our kitchen is a multi-sensorial kitchen, based on scientific knowledge so we can optimize techniques, products and equipment to obtain a better result.

Where we represent several brands, we also do several catering and private chef services, showcooking, training sessions, lectures and others.

I am part of the Portugal Olympic cooking competition teams, where I represented Portugal in the Olympic cooking games that took place in February 2020 in Stuttgart, Germany. Where me and my team won bronze and silver medals.
