A product-led chef creating honest, bold and deeply personal experiences around the table.

Tomás Rocha trained in culinary arts at the Escola de Hotelaria do Estoril, built his foundation through restaurant and hotel kitchens, then refined his path at Tartar-ia and later at A Cevicheria in Lisbon. After working in Nice, where he found inspiration in the spirit of great French bistros, he returned to Lisbon to co-create Bichomau — a restaurant shaped by seasonality, product and an intimate, character-driven approach to dining.
