Full time personal chef, with a passion for cooking, creative menus, providing very highly satisfying food experiences, globally for 15 years.
Im a Professional chef of 22+ years . With an international background of culinary, and a constant student of the History of Food its travels throughout the ages.
My culinary travels began in Hong Kong in 1988, and over the years I have trained and worked as a chef in many other countries, and returned to Hong Kong in 2010 to establish a catering facility.
I moved away from Hong Kong in 2021, and after two wonderful years in Portugal, and learning the intricacies of Portuguese Cuisine, I relocated to Ireland.
For the past year and a half I have served the wonderful people of Ireland as a Personal Chef.
I have since returned to Portugal and now am ready to create culinary experiences in and around Portugal.
While in Hong Kong, I was known as the Magic Chef of Hong Kong, for my ability in preparing a range of food, whether for a Private Gathering, or a 150 people catering event .
As a professional chef my culinary abilities span cuisines of different regions of the world, each cuisine style is carefully studied and dishes created to please the palette, and the senses.
I have also been recently accepted into the prestigious World Chefs Association Societies, Paris, as a member of the organization.
In 2021 I was accepted by the American Culinary Federation as one of the few chefs from outside the United States, to qualify joining their chapter.
In my pursuit to perfect chef experiences I was recently awarded the prestigious Star and 4 Stars from the World Master Chef Society (England) and, now continue to perfect my skills and culinary knowledge to clients satisfaction.
