As a professional chef I have 36 years of International cuisine training and experience, and bring these experiences to you.
I began my cooking adventure in 1988 in Hong Kong, and over the years studied Far Eastern Cooking, Cuisines of the Middle-east and Mediterranean Cuisines, as well as other global Cuisines.
As a personal chef, I have successfully completed more than 400 dining experiences in Hong Kong, Portugal & Ireland.
