I start to work as a Chef when I was 14 years old ,I was inspired by my teacher and my father ,after step by step I entered in this amazing world. I worked in a 5 stars Luxury hotel and Michelin star restaurants. In Turin I worked for many hotel and restaurant , I learned the perfection of the Michelin star and I also worked in a busy restaurant like “La Credenza“ in little town near Turin ,I love to prepare fresh pasta, starter, cleaning fish to be cook in a perfection way, prepare roast with fantastic sauce and off course the dessert it can not miss. All the preparation must to be homemade , from the stock to the bread. I love to create always a new dishes and surprise my guest with fantastic menu, make a cooking demonstrations either on the table or in the kitchen is also special touch to add to the charter. I wish to share my passion for food with my client and share an amazing atmosphere for there dining experience.
