Chef Apollon Kokkinis

I have studied in a culinary school and I work in restaurants, since 2007, as a chef. I really like cooking and create menus especially when all these techniques and tastes will serve and satisfy people when they celebrate for something special or even they just want to have a real food experience in their own place. My hobby is traveling around the world and taste new products and dishes. Through my travels I earn inspiration and images for new dishes and more. Also I love nature and especially I love hiking in mountains where I can smell and learn how to cook with nature, always on season and fresh products. Finally after so many years of working, traveling and tasting I can say that Japanese cuisine and way of life won my loyalty but this fact doesn't means that I cannot cook Mediterranean food and more!!
