Professional chef with 12 years of experience. Have worked in michelin stared restaurant in London, Athens and the biggest and oldest 5 stared hotel in Athens.
Last year I opened my own small shop in city centre.
Specialized in french, Mediterranean, and south American cuisine.
Very sensitive with reduction of environmental waste.
Being non smoker and non drinker, i have very sensitive pallet and my philosophy is “give anything you want, I can cook something tasty”
