Having been in the industry for 10 plus years and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and the Art institute of California.
It’s safe to say I know my way around various cuisines and cooking with dietary restrictions. I previously have trained in the savoury aspect of culinary arts, baking and pastry as well as working as both a line cook and a pastry chef.
Having recently moved from Los Angeles and into Ontario’s melting pot of Toronto. I am excited to showcase the influence of cooking styles through out my cooking.

Amina was amazing. She was professional, engaging and easy-going all at once. She took care of everything and worked her way around my kitchen with ease. The food she prepared was not only visually beautiful but it tasted even better. The kitchen was also spotless when she was finished, allowing us to really enjoy the entire evening.
