Chef Nicolas Desinai went above and beyond with his surprise muse bouche(s). The hors d'oeuvres kept coming and the menu hadn’t started yet. The attention to detail and thought that went into the menu and delivery was remarkable. The food was the perfect temperature and very delicious. He brought a server and a dishwasher with him so there was no waiting between courses or waiting for everyone to get their meals etc. we highly recommend chef Nicolas and will definitely have him back 10/10
