Recent private gigs have been for a VIP expedition to the Arctic, producing vegetarian Jayne cuisine and a 4 day stint in Tokyo for regular clients.

My cuisine is based on using the freshest local ingredients and enhancing them to create beautiful and honest cuisine.

Training was completed in Toronto with an internship at the Four Seasons. 2 time Crystal Award Nominee and 3 time diner en blanc chef.
