New recipes, new flavors...to be the best, I come back after three years in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam. Breakfast, dinner, lunch.
I'm a professional chef, with 15 years experiences in the culinary world food. I studied at the school in Académie Culinaire de Québec, Koh Samui kitchen school, Bangkok kichen school, Pattaya kitchen school. I joined french connection Hotel in pattaya, Thailand, and created 58 recipes ( Breakfast, fajitas, burger, pasta, steak with sauce, fish with sauce. I joined Nico Cafe in Hua Hin, Thailand created Breakfast menu with 28 recipes. I travel to Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Italy.
