My family has had a restaurant since I was born. I started professionally at the butcher shop when I was 12 years old. Then, I took culinary courses in high school for 4 years and took part in important positions in 5-star hotels and restaurants. I have awards in various competitions. In general, I like to modernize and present traditional, healthy, fresh and healthy products. , I am also interested in other cuisines, kosher, vegetarian, diet and sports meals are my areas of interest.
