Personal or Event Fusion Chef
A bit about my self I started to cook with my mom around 8, at the age of 13 I went to a cooking camp where I was cooking crepes on tv and I felt accepted. The people around me enjoyed the flavours and saw that salt wasn't my friend. In high school I attended cooking class in grade 10,11 & 12 following my last semester I took co-op at Humber college. I further took my studies there as my first year was on full scholarship. I did 3 years there where I got my diploma. I worked at a few restaurants as well as catering company's and private party venues.

at the age of 8 then went to cooking camp, which lead me into going to Humber College i took the culinary arts program for hospitality and tourism.
A role model in the kitchen is...
starts with my mom she comes with a ethnic culinary background, previous restaurant then now her catering inspires me to do more and share my passion.

Is being at one with the process, My passion and my love for the food. Being in one place where I truly belong to create that unique experience.
