At home experience - Top Chef & Server! We bring buffet, bbq, sit down meals, meal prep and yoga food packages to your home.
To properly introduce you I am Chef Matthew, Chef of Locust Lane Estate Winery & Chef of Delicious Ventures Limited.
My parents: Father (Canadian Irish), Mother: (Trinidadian Venezuelan); I was introduced to gourmet food at a young age. My mother and father had a number of restaurants when I was a child, as well my surroundings family were all into food either bakers, caters or retail stores. After I got my diploma I worked at a number of restaurants and catering companies before finding my place as head chef at a winery allowing me to create and do my own unique experience. This is where I found my partner who I know I work best with as my sous chef, set up help, setting up events and book keeping. We do catering’s in people’s homes as well the winery we work and manage. We have started a whole new experience where we bring yoga and food to your home. My partner Brittany is a yoga and wellness teacher and trainer.
A bit about Brittany Folino (Manager/ Server/ Yoga Wellness) Grew up in a big Italian family where food was a big part, this was a staple in our family and charcuterie was big and on our dinner table and at every celebration. I have wonderful childhood memories of seeing my nonna making fresh bread and cooking which has has me always moving around, leading me to Locust lane where I met Matthew and we began our journey together.
There are so many reasons to gather in a life richly lived - birthdays, showers, bbqs, anniversaries, corporate event, etc. It is so important to step out of the ordinary place every once in a while to give real honour to the people and events that shape up our lives and bond our family and friends together.

at the age of 8, which lead me into going to Humber College. Have diploma in Hospitality and Tourism/ Hotel Food and Travel tourism.
