I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience.
In my early days, I focused on fine dining & modernist cooking. As I matured and gained more perspective I came to understand that good cooking was about 2 things. Product & Technique. I was fortunate to work for the Oliver & Bonacini restaurant group for 5 years. There I managed 5 of their restaurants. O&B instilled in me 1 thing about all else: Always be working to ensure your guest is happy.
For the past year, I have been developing a catering operation with my partner. It is a bespoke catering operation that specializes in the classics.
I have a diverse skillset ranging across a number of cuisines. I am equally passionate about cooking healthy dietary restricted meals as I am cooking a 10-course tasting menu.

I am always thinking of balance & how I can balance a dish or a meal. I am always tweaking and reworking things until they are perfect.
