With over seven years of diverse experience in the culinary industry, I have honed my craft across five-star hotels, fine dining establishments, and upscale casual dining venues. My culinary journey has been shaped by a deep passion for food, precision in technique, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences that balance creativity with consistency.

I began my formal education at the prestigious Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (WGSHA), one of India’s top hospitality institutes, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management. This foundational education not only equipped me with classical culinary techniques but also instilled a strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hospitality leadership.

To expand my global perspective and sharpen my skills in a more competitive and international setting, I pursued a Postgraduate program in Culinary Management at George Brown College in Toronto, Canada. This experience exposed me to a wide array of cuisines and modern culinary trends while deepening my knowledge of kitchen innovation, sustainability, and business acumen in the food industry.
