Plant forward chef who is passionate about food, colourful, rustic and fresh. An expert at vegetarian and plant based & gluten free.

I have been cooking professionally for almost 10 years, 7 years in yoga retreats and teacher trainings. The last 3 years cooking for private houses and events, sous cheffing in an Italian fusion restaurant during summer and private chalet work during winter. I am studying holistic nutrition and have a passion for healthy food. I have many years experience catering for dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances.
