I trained at Nobu in Miami ( a 3 star Michelin Japanese/Peruvian ) I love nutrition and I understand the flavours and use ingredients to help enhance our bodies to work better for us. I have a great passion to create great dishes for every occasion and I especially enjoy watching people enjoy the food I create. Sometimes the most simple, locally sourced ingredients can give the most satisfying meals to any time of the day! Breakfast to Brunch. Lunch to afternoon tea and romantic dinners or enjoy time eating with family.
