I began my culinary journey in a small family restaurant in southern Italy, where I first discovered my passion for cooking. I later refined my expertise in some of London’s most prestigious restaurants, specializing in the art of Japanese cuisine and developing a deep appreciation for high-end Spanish gastronomy.
