Dominican roots with Brazilian and Japanese techniques, dedicated to reviving Taíno indigenous cuisine and sharing it with the world.
I am a chef with over a decade of professional experience, having cooked in specialty markets and restaurants, as well as at the United Nations Headquarters in New York City, where I prepared daily meals for up to 750 people and served over 1,200 during the General Assembly. Rooted in Dominican cuisine and influenced by Brazilian and Japanese traditions, my work blends culture, technique, and innovation. I am also the chef and founder of Knife Spoon and Fork Group, a catering company serving clients in New York and the Dominican Republic, with a mission to revive and promote Taíno indigenous cuisine worldwide.
