Born in Venice, Italy, my culinary journey has taken me across the Mediterranean and beyond.
Years of international experience shaped my style and deepened my respect for authentic flavours.
My foundation blends Italian heritage with global techniques and refined creativity.
I spent the last decade between Spain and London, mastering high-end cuisine protocols and working in luxury hotels like Hilton, Claridge’s, and Mandarin Oriental elevated my craft.
There, I learned to satisfy the most demanding and sophisticated palates.
Now settled in Gran Canaria, I’m inspired daily by the ocean breeze and local bounty.
As a private chef, I work closely with island farmers and producers to create conscious cuisine.
My mission is to offer memorable, sustainable meals that honor both people and the planet.
