I’m Francesco, an Italian private chef based in Gran Canaria with over 25 years of international experience.
I create bespoke farm-to-table menus using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, working closely with farmers and fishermen.
Available for all occasions—including private dinners, birthday celebrations, family gatherings, and business events—each experience is carefully tailored to create memorable moments around the table.
