I am a private chef specialized in sushi and Japanese cuisine, with over seven years of experience working in professional kitchens in Spain and the UK. I started my culinary journey at 18, and since then I have grown through discipline, consistency, and a constant desire to improve my craft.

Throughout my career, I have worked in dynamic and demanding environments such as Hotel Ikos Andalusia, Tahiní Sushi Bar and La Casa del Estanque, where precision, speed and quality were essential every day. These experiences shaped my standards and strengthened my ability to perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Today, I focus on offering exclusive private dining experiences, bringing restaurant-level sushi and signature cuisine directly to my clients. I am passionate about delivering not just food, but memorable moments built around flavor, aesthetics and impeccable service. My goal is always the same: exceed expectations and leave a lasting impression through simplicity executed at the highest level.
