I’m a versatile chef who loves cooking flavorful, feel-good meals from around the world, bringing people together through great food and good vibes.
Cooking has taken me on an incredible journey. I started in some of the most iconic U.S. restaurants—The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s, and The Yard House—where I learned how to combine consistency with creativity under high pressure. Since moving to Spain, I’ve had the pleasure of cooking for private families, designing everything from daily meals to multi-course tasting experiences.
I specialize in globally inspired comfort food, but I’m also passionate about using local, seasonal ingredients—especially here in Spain, where the produce is amazing. I love creating customized menus, whether it’s a casual weeknight dinner or an intimate celebration. For me, food isn’t just about flavor—it’s about connection.
