I finished my Superior Degree Cooking Management four years ago and since then I have been learning about different gastronomical cultures around the world, as Argentina, Peru, Chile or UK with the aim of developing my own style. I am creative, approachable and enjoy developing new ideas for the people who wants to learn about different kinds of food level.

Jorge hizo de nuestra velada algo inolvidable, desde el principio el contacto con él , hasta la despedida y el buen rato que pasamos conversando. La calidad de sus platos fue excelente, explicó con detalle los ingredientes y la manera de cocinarlos , muy resolutivo con cualquier cuestión que tuviéramos acerca de ellos. Fue muy cercano con nosotros y nos hizo sentir muy cómodos antes la nueva experiencia. Recomendable 100% , y repitiéremos con el seguro! Para que nos siga sorprendiendo en cada momento. Ponerse en sus manos es un placer gastronómico! Gracias Jorge nos veremos pronto!
