Steady Culinary Improvement - KAIZEN

I finished my Superior Degree Cooking Management four years ago and since then I have been learning about different gastronomical cultures around the world, as Argentina, Peru, Chile or UK with the aim of developing my own style. I am creative, approachable and enjoy developing new ideas for the people who wants to learn about different kinds of food level.
