Get to know me better

From seed to plate I have a profound respect and love for food. Cooking, creating, inspiring is not what I do, it is who I am.

I am a professional chef and scuba diving instructor, both professions for about 20 years now, originally from the UK. But have worked all over the world.

I now own a Farm here in Aragón, Spain. Where I am building a home, culinary gardens, a food forest, a permaculture education center and eventually a farm to table restaurant.

I got my culinary diploma in Barcelona. I furthered my studies later in Mexico City and I studied head to tail butchery in the UK.
