I am a private chef and ultra-luxury experience host based on Spain’s Mediterranean coast, in Alicante.
I have been cooking since the age of eight, and I have learned that true luxury in cuisine lies in simplicity, respect for ingredients, and flawless execution.
I specialize in refined Mediterranean cuisine and authentic paellas, using exceptional seasonal ingredients sourced from local artisans and markets.
For over ten years, I have curated bespoke experiences for private villas, yachts, weddings, wellness retreats, and intimate celebrations — every detail tailored to the client’s lifestyle, privacy, and expectations.
I welcome guests into my private penthouse with panoramic sunset views, or discreetly bring the experience to their chosen location.
