I am Chef Mickaël Farina, a French-born culinary professional with over 17 years of international experience across 9 countries. I’ve led award-winning kitchens in the Maldives, Antigua, and Switzerland, serving royalty, celebrities, and private families in villas, yachts, and retreats.
I trained in France and honed my craft through a Michelin-starred cross-orientation at Le Bristol in Paris. My cuisine is rooted in French technique but infused with global inspiration—seasonal, elevated, and always tailored to my guests. I’ve published a cookbook in the Maldives, appeared on French television, and was a regional finalist for the San Pellegrino Young Chef Award.
Today, I bring that journey to your table—curating personalized menus, live-fire BBQ rituals, and fine-dining tasting menus with passion and precision.
