Passionate and dedicated Italian chef with 20 years of experience in banqueting, both fine and casual dining in UK, Italy and Spain, working side by side with Michelin Star chefs and in 5* properties. I mastery in Mediterranean and fresh Italian cuisine and enjoying to prepare Spanish and international dishes.
