I have two years of experience working in a professional kitchen in Malta. I’m currently a student at Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, furthering my culinary expertise. I specialize in Mediterranean cuisine and am currently studying naturopathic nutrition. My focus is on creating healthy, tailored dishes suitable for food allergies, specific diets, and chronic conditions.
