Cooking is an essential part of my life. I carefully oversee every stage of the process to create dishes that are rich in flavor, perfectly balanced.

My name is Oleh Dziuba, and I am a professional chef with over 14 years of experience in international cuisine.

Born in Ukraine, I trained in culinary arts and hospitality and have built my career working in a wide range of professional kitchens, from hotels and restaurants to bespoke gastronomic projects.

In 2015, I graduated from a specialized culinary academy, and in 2021 I completed advanced training in contemporary cuisine with a focus on modern cooking techniques.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to complete stages in Michelin-recommended restaurants and to work as an Executive Chef.

For the past five years, I have been living and working in Tenerife, creating cuisine that combines technical precision, deep respect for quality ingredients, and creativity.

I specialize in Ukrainian, Spanish, Italian, Asian, and Indian cuisine. My cooking style is based on balanced fusion, refined flavors, and a modern, personalized approach, with every menu tailored to create a memorable dining experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Oleh! He was extremely polite, professional, and attentive throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious, from the tuna and shrimp appetizers to the seafood paella for the main course, followed by a lovely lemon tart for dessert. Everything was beautifully prepared and made for a fantastic dining experience. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a special dining experience. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Ole Dziuba! The food was fantastic, beautifully presented, and every dish was a delight. Ole was professional, friendly, and made the entire evening truly special. And as an extra bonus, when he finished cleaning up, our kitchen was actually cleaner than before he arrived! We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. We 100% recommend Ole and would absolutely love to have him cook for us again!
