I am part of ROA Experiencias Culinarias, a creative culinary project based on the Mediterranean coast of Spain.

Our goal is to transform private dinners into memorable gastronomic experiences. We combine Mediterranean tradition, Spanish flavors and contemporary techniques to create unique menus tailored to each occasion.

We specialize in private dining experiences for villas, celebrations and special gatherings, offering tasting menus, creative tapas and themed culinary experiences.

Our cooking focuses on high quality ingredients, seasonal products and elegant yet relaxed presentations that allow guests to enjoy an unforgettable evening around the table.

Beyond cooking, we take care of the entire experience: menu design, ingredient sourcing, on-site cooking, table service and cleaning after the event.
