I am a chef specializing in seafood—specifically from the Alboran Sea and the Bay of Cádiz—as well as produce from inland Andalusia.
Local, seasonal ingredients are the hallmark of my cooking. My recipes highlight the ingredients I carefully select based on the time of year.
The central market is my sole supplier.
