My name is Rali. I’m a passionate caterer and private chef with over 15 years of culinary experience, specialising in international cuisine and personalised event menus. My journey began in 2009 when I graduated as a pastry chef, and I’ve since worked in five-star hotels, private member clubs, and Michelin-starred kitchens alongside top chefs such as Michel Roux, Angela Hartnett, Tom Kerridge, and Andrew Wong.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Tourism and Hospitality Management, which has deepened my understanding of delivering exceptional service. My love for the hospitality industry continues to evolve every year, and I bring this passion into every event I cater—whether it’s a refined tasting menu, an elegant canapé reception, or a luxury villa dinner in Spain.
