From 2026, I am expanding my services to the Gulf region and Monaco, offering bespoke culinary experiences for private villas, business travel, celebrations, and long-stay residencies.

My cuisine blends Mediterranean flavours, premium seafood, Sardinian traditions, and Arabic-influenced notes, creating refined yet comfort-focused menus designed for families, groups, and luxury travellers who want to enjoy high-quality dining in the privacy of their villa or yacht.

Roberto is a gracious chef, charming company and a wizard in the kitchen. All the dishes were amazing but it was a Basque cheesecake using some of chef's own homemade cheese which was a particular favorite; a dish which even at the end of the meal, convinced all of us to gorge until we were close to exploding!

Roberto blew our minds with his food! From the goat cheese salad to the perfectly cooked steak, everything was incredible! He even made a cake to celebrate a birthday party we were having. I can’t wait to come back to Tenerife and have him cook for our group again!

Roberto was amazing! The food was fantastic and enjoyed by all of the guests. We had two celiacs and a vegetarian and the dishes worked for everyone! We would highly recommend Roberto for a private chef experience.

Incredible! Chef Roberto was fantastic. Our dinner was fresh, creative, and delicious. He is also a wonderful person and we very much enjoyed his company and personality. This is an amazing treat, it made our vacation so unique and special! After cooking us one of the best meals of our life, he cleaned the entire kitchen, and then joined us for a lovely post-dinner chat. We give our highest recommendation!
