I am a Private Holiday Chef with 20 years of international experience across Europe, the Mediterranean, and the luxury hospitality sector. I have worked in London’s restaurants scene, directed private events worldwide, and served as head chef on prestigious Mediterranean yachts.

From 2026, I am expanding my services to the Gulf region and Monaco, offering bespoke culinary experiences for private villas, business travel, celebrations, and long-stay residencies.

My cuisine blends Mediterranean flavours, premium seafood, Sardinian traditions, and Mediterranean-influenced notes, creating refined yet comfort-focused menus designed for families, groups, and luxury travellers who want to enjoy high-quality dining
