Latin American chef blending tradition, creativity and fine-dining technique to craft memorable culinary experiences
I am a Latin American chef from Ecuador with a strong background in fine dining, traditional and contemporary gastronomy. I trained at the Basque Culinary Center in Spain, where I completed my Master’s degree in Restaurant Innovation & Management.I currently work within Grupo Dani García in Marbella.
Before moving to Spain, I worked in several respected kitchens in Ecuador and the United States, gaining experience in high-volume service, menu development, guest experience and creative culinary projects. Learning from the best all around the world, especially in Mexico, Spain, Ecuador, United States, a little bit of everything. My cooking is shaped by my roots, my travels, and a deep respect for ingredients and technique. I create food that tells stories—authentic, bold and refined.
