I’m a chef with 10 years experience in differents country like France, Italy, Uk and Spain. I’m Italian and cooking is my passion and my job. I will make you a very different and special experience with a touch of Italian cousine.
At the moment I’m a sous chef in a very busy restaurant, I’m specialised in Italian, Mediterranean, creative, bakery and pastry. With me you can try a fresh bread maked in your house with best ingredients or a lovely dessert 100% homemade. As well fish, meat, pasta, risotti etc
