De formation spécialisée à l'école hôtélière, Lory Herschkorn se forge à travers ses passages en cuisine dans des établissements de renommée a travers le monde , Londres , Mexico Miami, Bogota .Elle a traversee le monde a decouverte de nouvelle saveurs et techniques les 12 dernieres annees de chef de restaurant a chef prive sur des yacht et villa .Au cours de son parcours, elle apporte sa "french touch" en creant " Home Sweet Home " bistrot & patisserie. Professionnel de la cuisine respectueux des règles de conservation, d'hygiène, de transport et des méthodes d'élaboration, la cuisine est pour elle un plaisir au quotidien. De retour en Europe , elle souhaite partager sa philosophie culinaire et vous faire partager une experience inoubliable.
Born & raised in south of France,
cooking since a young age with her aunt & uncle.
culinary trained in french cuisine .
lory's repertoire ranges from contemporary to traditional .
her passion for travel, food & photography has taken her to the most
amazing places of the world.
strong pan- asian influence due
to an amazing crush with southeast asia.
the last 12 years she was tangled beetween Private chefing on yacht and villa and working in top end
restaurants in the 5 continents.
until three years ago when she connected with colombia and opened her bistrot
"home sweet home" in bogota.
