My passion for cooking comes from a deep love for blending cultures through food — especially bringing together the richness of different cuisines.
I am a chef and culinary consultant with over 5 years of professional experience between Paris and Istanbul. I studied Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Bilgi University and have worked as a sous chef, executive chef, instructor, and private chef. I specialize in French, Mediterranean, and modern Turkish cuisines, with a strong focus on menu creation, kitchen management, and concept development. I currently work as a sous chef at Griffon in Le Marais, Paris, and as a consulting chef at Republic of Coffee. I also continue my remote consulting work for a Turkish restaurant in Ankara. I previously founded and ran my own catering and private chef service for several years, working with both international clients and high-profile athletes.
