Bogdan has a passion for local, seasonal food and loves using techniques and flavours that he's picked up on his travels, working as a chef on cruise ships travelling through the Mexican Riviera, Hawaii, Bora Bora, Panama Canal, Caribbean and Alaska. He has also worked in 2 and 3 rosette restaurants and hotels, cooking for celebrities such as Beyoncé Knowles, Enrique Iglesias and President Putin. He specialises in 5 and 7 course menus, full of ingenious flavour combinations and delicious surprises, using the freshest seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers he knows and trusts. Farmed or foraged, grown or reared, every ingredient that makes it into his dishes is the finest he can find. Chef Bogdan works predominantly in Cotswolds, Northampton and Gloucester; however, he is available in a variety of places

Amazing, will definitely do again ????

Myself and my guests had an absolutely amazing evening. Bogdan was beyond brilliant. He made the evening an absolute delight. He was friendly, funny and fantastic in every way. The food was absolutely phenomenal, the steak melted in your mouth. We were all blown away by his professionalism and the quality of his food and service. We will definitely be reccomending you and him to all our friends. And look forward to our next experience.

Chef Bogdan was absolutely phenomenal. He was punctual, polite, and professional. His food was excellent. Myself and my guests were absolutely blown away by the quality of his service. We will all be highly recommending him and Take a Chef to everyone we know.
